Connecticut's Nineteen70Something (N7S) is a new NDP that puts out a few different whiskeys with uncommon mash bills. This 1970 Something bourbon is a wheated single-barrel, and it has a little pop to it. It's aged in a 53-gallon, spiral cut char-3 barrel, which gives the mouthfeel more depth. That viscosity compliments a palate highlighted by toffee, dark cocoa and dried fruits.
