Ashuelot Gin was distilled at New England Sweetwater Farm & Distillery in New Hampshire. It's distilled from locally-grown apples and potatoes, then vapor-infused with eight botanicals, including juniper, coriander and citrus. This is a New-England-style gin, which, unlike a London dry gin, is light on pine notes. It's a modern gin with a light, bright profile that's perfect for cocktails or sipping on the rocks.
