Bainbridge Arrow Point Four Grain Blended Whiskey

Arrow Point is Bainbridge Organic Distillers’ first entry into the world of blended whiskies. Master Distiller Keith Barnes' goal was to return “blended whiskey” to a place of respectability and genuine consideration by modern whiskey drinkers. For Arrow Point, Barnes selected a base of his own six-year-old light whiskey (whiskey aged in a barrel used once before) made from organic soft white wheat to blend with his own multi-award-winning whiskies aged 5+ years made from organic corn, rye, wheat, and barley. The final blend was allowed a month in stainless steel blending tanks to “marry up” before being diluted to the prescribed 90 proof and bottled in-house.
