Distilled by Bainbridge Organic Distillers, this limited edition whiskey exhibits notes of fig, port, tobacco leaf and cherry liqueur. The increased proof adds weight to the mouthfeel, while orange preserves, baking spice and cedar add to the already unctuous palate. The finish is warming on the palate and in the chest, with the fragrances of rich wood, deep red fruits and spicy oak lingering to a beautiful close.
