Bainbridge Two Islands Sakura Cask Whiskey 100 Proof

Distilled by Bainbridge Organic Distillers, this limited edition release uses select barrels of Battle Point Whiskey, aged 6.5 years, that are emptied after primary maturation, then transferred to virgin 66 gallon Japanese Sakura (cherry wood) casks for an additional 6 to 7 months of aging and conditioning. According to the brand, it is fragrant and floral, with notes of cherry blossom, sandalwood, marzipan and vanilla on the nose, rich cherry, yuzu, toasted grain, leather, quince preserves, clove and nutmeg on the palate, finishing silky rich and slightly sweet long with lush fruit and subtle oak.
