Rhum Barbancourt is one of Haiti's most famous and beloved exports. Founded in 1862 by Dupré Barbancourt and run by his family to this day, their rum is made from pure sugar cane juice and borrows techniques from Cognac, including barrel aging. This aged rum has been macerated with pineapples and mangos and is bottled at 70 proof / 35% ABV.
