This Heaven Hill original is named for the famed Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, KY. and is one of a few wheat whiskeys on the market. It's aged for seven years making it one of the older wheat whiskeys on the market. It's light and soft with notes of fruit and cinnamon on the palate.  It's refreshingly mellow which makes it easy to drink neat or in a cocktail.
