Aged in Billecart Salmon's traditional cellars, this cuvée has reflections of straw yellow. Its bubbles rise slowly, and it has a persistent and abounding mousse. It has floral aromas of fresh fruit and ripe pears, and a full, fresh flavor. It's perfect as an aperitif and can be enjoyed with a wide variety of dishes.
