Caballito Cerrero is a small but mighty distillery in Amatitan that's considered one of Mexico's best producers of agave spirits. Family-owned and operated since the 1870s, they make micro batches of agave spirits in the old-world style that defy the modern classifications of mezcal and tequila. Their reposado is oak forward with a mellow sweetness from start to finish.
