TSR Cask 3, dubbed "Friends of the Program," is a Hillrock solera aged bourbon. It was hand-selected at the distillery by Pierre Auguste and OJ Lima to commemorate TSR's first anniversary. The award-winning Hillrock Estate is one of our local spots, just up the Hudson in Ancram, NY. The owners, Cathy and Jeffrey, have always supported us. In fact, TSR Cask 1, a Hillrock single malt, was the first private barrel released using the TSR license. Cask 3 was lightly rested in a 20-year-old oloroso sherry cask before being bottled at cask strength.
