This extra anejo tequila is handcrafted using 100% Blue Weber agave grown on a single family-owned estate. It's aged in American and Eastern European oak barrels for a minimum of three years before being filtered to remove the color and unpleasant barrel notes. Caramel and honey are present on the nose, followed by cooked agave and dried fig on the palate. The mouthfeel is full-bodied, with no burn on the finish.
