Martin Miller's 9 Moon Single Barrel Aged Gin

9 Moons gin is made in Borgarnes, Iceland by aging Martin Miller's high-strength gin in new French oak casks for nine months. Barrel aging adds vanilla to the palate as well as citrus and a hint of oak to the finish. A Solera Vat process is used to age and blend batches for consistency and to create a complex and distinctive flavor. Before bottling, Icelandic spring water is added to proof down the gin to 80% which produces Martin Miller’s signature smooth mouthfeel.
