Founded by Masataka Taketsuru, known as "the father of Japanese whisky," Nikka is one of Japan's most storied brands. At 90 proof, the Coffey Grain whisky is predominantly made from corn and distilled in a Coffey still before being aged in charred American oak casks. It has a sweet, mellow flavor.
