Old Louisville Whiskey Co. was founded by husband-and-wife Amine and Beth Karaoud, two veterans of the Louisville bourbon scene. Their ultra limited edition single barrel releases are uncut and non-chill filtered. This 9-year-old bourbon was distilled in Indiana and bottled in Louisville, Kentucky.

I was fortunate enough to get this 9 year Cognac finish and the 10 year one. This 9 year has so much butterscotch flavor it's truly amazing. This bottle is absolutely one of my favorites!
