Old Soul Tintype Series #3 is a limited-edition, 11-year-old straight bourbon from Cathead Distillery that celebrates the intersection of fine aged spirits and Mississippi’s legendary blues heritage. Bottled uncut and unfiltered from a selection of fewer than 30 barrels, this release honors Hill Country blues icon Kenny Brown. A lifelong torchbearer of the North Mississippi musical tradition, Brown is widely recognized for his decades spent as the primary guitarist for R.L. Burnside and for his recent collaborations with The Black Keys. Developed in partnership with the Music Maker Foundation, this 11-year expression highlights the unique character developed through long-term maturation in the intense Mississippi climate, serving as a soulful tribute to one of the region's most storied musicians.
