Santa Sabia Distillery is a small brand from Oaxaca that specializes in mezcal ancestral. In short, Pescador De Suenos only sources mezcal from distillers who make it the old-school way. Everything is done by hand, without machines, and produced in small batches. This cuishe was produced by Lioncio Santiago, at his family palenque on the outskirts of Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca. It drinks fresh and clean with almost no smoke.
