Rare Perfection Whiskey - 14 Year

Preservation Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, previously acted as a Japanese export arm for Willett, but has branched out in the last few years to do their own thing. This 14-year expression has been lauded as their best release to date. It's a sourced Canadian whiskey made from a four-grain, wheated bourbon mash bill. It's a little savory and a little sweet with hints of rye, brown sugar and citrus fruits.
