Part of Michter’s limited-edition Legacy Series, Shenk’s Homestead Distillery Sour Mash Whiskey honors the legacy of John Shenk, who in 1753 founded the distillery that would later become Michter’s. Shenk’s primarily uses rye whiskey along with other whiskies featuring less typical grains which have been aged in oak barrels sourced from the Vosges region of France.
