Caribou Crossing is the world’s first single-barrel Canadian whisky. To maintain its Canadian Whisky designation, the spirit is distilled and aged for a minimum of three years in Canada before being transported to the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, for bottling. This 80-proof expression is produced from an undisclosed mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley and utilizes the same hand-bottling and wax-dipping techniques as Sazerac’s premium Blanton's label. This special release is part of the Sazerac Barrel Select program and is exclusively available from Taste Select Repeat.
