EC is my go-to and if you like toasted bourbons, I don't think it gets any better than this. All my favorite Heaven Hill / EC tasting notes, vanilla, nutmeg and root beer, with the added dimension of smoke , hazelnuts and a deeper oakiness thanks to the tasted barrel finish.

Elijah Craig's Toasted Barrel got me hyped. The nose is a mix of oak, leather, and marshmallow. The palate's all about powdered sugar and maple syrup. The finish is short, but it leaves you curious for another sip.
