Susannah B It tastes like Willett's using older bourbon \ better barrels and the blend is more consistent. They've finally hit their stride with Noah's Mill. If you haven't had it in awhile, its' time to revisit.

Bentley Carmichael I've always been a fan of Noah's Mill but seems like the latest bottles are a cut above the rest. You know what you're getting, with a rich mouthfeel and notes of brown sugar and tobacco. I would buy this over lots of limited "barrel proof" releases which I think are inconsistent and often overpriced.
