The 3 Star is Barrilito's flagship bottle. It's not one of those overly sweet and syrupy rums and has undertones of tobacco and rawhide on the nose. Sounds odd but it's a good balance. It sips easy on the rocks and makes rich, flavorful cocktails. This is my go-to for Dark and Stormys. For awhile, you could only get it at the airports in PR. Thank you, TSR for keeping it in stock for all us Boricuas who don't get home as much as we should.
