The product arrived fine but telling me it require special packaging and handling because it was more expensive fell flat…I’ve purchased numerous high value bottles of wine and spirits and they’ve all arrived in 3-5 days or less with superior protection compared to what I received.
Nonetheless, my shipment arrived and the item was intact.
That notwithstanding I’ll certainly have to consider fulfillment time should I use this distributor again.
Jeff, We place high-value bottles, and products that come with their own box, (of which this product is both) in a special delivery queue to ensure they're properly packed because security, not speed, is our primary concern. It took 11 days to receive your order - which is slow for us - but faster than most. As you can see from our reviews, we're known for speedy delivery.
