Battle Point Organic Wheat Whiskey 100 Proof

This is the bottled-in-bond version of Bainbridge Organic Distillers's Battle Point wheat whiskey. It features a grain bill composed of 100% USDA Organic heritage soft white wheat, fermented using Irish and Scottish whisky yeasts, twice distilled and aged for over six years in new No. 3 charred 53-gallon American white oak barrels.

According to the brand it is rich and complex, with notes of caramel, vanilla, orange peel on the nose, eucalyptus and sherry, baking spice and fresh barrel char on the palate, and a lingering finish with a bit of salt-air brine.
