Chartreuse Yellow V.E.P. (Vieillissement Exceptionnellement Prolongé, or "Exceptionally Prolonged Aging") is a limited-production, super-premium expression. Crafted using the same recipe as the traditional Yellow Chartreuse, this liqueur undergoes an extended maturation period in large oak vats, allowing the 130 botanicals to mellow and integrate to a more refined degree. Each numbered 1-liter bottle is sealed with wax and presented in a branded wooden box.
