The Empyrean is a union of bourbon aged in both red port and white port casks. A 7.5 year old, 111.36 proof cask strength, 60% Corn, 36% Rye, 4% malted barley bourbon finished separately and blended in secret to create a whiskey of uncommon depth and intensity. One brings bright fruit and floral light; the other, deep sweetness and shadows. Together, they smolder.
