heard them talking about it on Black and Brown podcast so decided to give it a try. it has spice and nut/earth notes, a combination you don't get from a lot of other bourbons. was skeptical it was over-hyped, but I'm a believer and will buy again.

It's nice to see this becoming more available again. I would place this on the Evan Williams, Heaven Hill BIB end of the Heaven Hill flavor profile, vs. the Elijah Craig, Larceny side. I always grab a bottle when I see it if the price is right, which had become rare. I also think this is one of those bottles that gets better a couple days after you first crack it. Always a good pour.
