Kalen This is a really top notch anejo that won't break the bank. I catch a lot of sweet spices, some pepper and oak but with a real balance that just satisfies. This might become my go-to sipper.
Pasote anejo starts with estate-grown agave from Los Altos and uses deep-well water or rainwater. Pasote also use traditional methods of production, and is certified additive free.
