Redwood Empire is a young distillery in northern California that sources whiskey and distills its own. We also appreciate that they plant an oak tree for every bottle they sell. Emerald Giant is an Indiana-style rye. On the palate, it gives a hint of honey and orange peel before becoming peppery with a lingering cinnamon finish.
