Founded by former professional ballerina Allison Parc, Brenne is a pioneer in the "world whisky," producing single malt whisky at a third-generation family farm-distillery in the Fins Bois region of Cognac, France. Brenne 10 Year Old is a limited annual release which uses 100% organic heirloom barley and water from the Charente River. Double-distilled in Cognac Alembic Charentais stills and aged for a full decade in a combination of new French Limousin oak and ex-Cognac casks, it a rich, creamy profile with sophisticated notes of dark chocolate, dried fruits, and toasted oak.
