This artisanal Joven Mezcal from Oaxaca is crafted using the rare, wild Coyote agave, which takes 12 years to reach maturity. Made using traditional methods — cooking in an underground stone oven and milling with a horse-drawn tahona — this spirit is double-distilled in copper pots. It offers a complex, slightly vegital profile with prominent notes of roasted agave, fresh herbs, and field flowers, culminating in a smoky, rich, and earthy experience. Convite Mezcal is produced in small, exclusive lots and bottled at 46% ABV.
